Sr. Analyst, Project Management (Ops)- Digital Trust Compliance
Join the Digital Trust Compliance team in Digital Citizenship in a Sr. Analyst role. The Sr. Analyst – Digital Trust Compliance role is a crucial role that will be at the forefront of supporting key strategic initiatives and risks, including implementation of existing and evolving governance processes for data subject rights compliance in the US and internationally.
Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Digital Trust Compliance , the Sr. Analyst will collaborate with technology, business, and Global Governance partners in the digital trust space to monitor and oversee operational processes and activities necessary to meeting daily/weekly/monthly activities. Taking on specific projects to enhance or streamline operational procedures to mature the program.

Assisting in the development and maintaining of governance processes to support the data subject rights compliance obligations and mitigate risks when identified.

Managing and overseeing operational processes and execute projects to streamline or enhance operational effectiveness.

Executing mechanisms to reassess existing processes for the data subject rights compliance team and identify ways to improve processes or efficiency.

Supporting business and compliance teams in the application of data subject rights compliance across the enterprise.

Engaging with teams across technology, business, and Global Governance to implement Digital Trust programs.

Preparing reports and dashboards for performance and efficiency metrics, trends, and SLAs.

Developing and updating documentation for operations procedures and policies.

Identifying ways to improve team workflows and processes.

Hosting troubleshooting calls for technical issues with multiple technology teams.

Resolving a high volume of tasks daily.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

You have 1+ years of relevant work experience in compliance, operations management, project analyst, business analyst, or related area.

You have 2+ years of relevant work experience in compliance, operations management, technology, or information security.
-
You have a background in process and program development, privacy, technology, or data.

You have experience working with other teams to implement compliance controls.
-
You have the ability to use data to improve processes and drive decisions.
-
You have strong communication skills, building relationships, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, technical field, process management or improvement, law or related field OR 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, compliance, operations management, technology, information security, or related area.

1 to 3 years’ experience in data analytics.
