Administrative Finance Fellowship Program

Ochsner Health will be accepting applications for the Administrative Finance Fellowship Program 2024 cohort. Ochsner would like to invite you to our upcoming virtual information sessions to provide aspiring candidates with insight into the program and Ochsner.

The Ochsner Administrative Finance Fellowship Program is designed to help guide top graduate students into Finance management positions through intensive training that combines system-wide exposure to the major functional areas within Ochsner with classroom learning, executive shadowing, one-on-one mentoring, a wide range of intensive project work, and a multitude of professional development modules.

The 24- month rotational fellowship program covers accounting, decision support, revenue cycle, reimbursement, value-based care, CFO, supply chain and health plan. The application deadline is Friday, February 2nd, 2024.
