About this IT Specialist position:

We are interested in candidates with the following specialized experience to fill these positions:

ServiceNow Platform Experience

· Knowledge of ServiceNow’s user interface, dashboards, and menus.

· Understanding forms, lists, and how to configure fields.

· Ability to create and modify ServiceNow applications.

• ServiceNow Development – Scripting, Workflows and Flow Designer, Integrations, Client and Server-Side Scripting, Service Portal Development.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) – Incident, Problem, and Change Management, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Service Catalog and Request Management.
• IT Operations Management (ITOM) – Event Management, Discovery, and Orchestration – Understanding ServiceNow Discovery to automate the discovery of assets and IT services across the environment. Service Mapping – using service mapping to visualize the end-to-end service.
• Security Operations (SecOps) – Managing and respond to security vulnerabilities, handling security incidents through the platform.
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) – Managing and mitigating risks within the ServiceNow environment, tracking and managing compliance audits.
• ServiceNow Project Management and certifications in administration, development, implementation, architect are preferred.
• Creating reports and dashboards, problem solving, collaboration and communication.
