Supports in the management of the göt2b portfolio (Styling & Color)
Supports in the coordination of existing communication campaigns and development of new social media & influencer campaigns including digital test & learn programs
Works with Shopper Marketing/E-commerce on executing and monitoring support plans across all retailers from POS to digital
Makes recommendation for line extensions based on consumer & category insights as well as market trends, working in collaboration with the innovation and cross-functional teams such as Sales Strategy, Packaging, R&D and Finance
Monitors performance of both segments via IRI analysis deriving key learnings and recommendations
Assists with preparation of customer visits, line reviews as well as any additional sell-in materials (i.e comps)
Supports in preparation of business reviews and other ad hoc top management presentations
Coordinates coupon plans across all Hair teams: aligns and executes promo plans while der
BS/BA (Marketing, Business), MBA preferred with 2 years experience in consumer products marketing (CPG)
Knowledge of category (major competitors, target users, industry trends), Hair experience preferred
Strong interpersonal/communication skills; strong analytical skills; strong financial orientation
Knowledge of wide variety of specific promotion vehicles and vendors which may be usable in certain situations
Strong team player with proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
Creative mindset with positive can-do attitude
