The Business Analysis Manager acts as the primary Finance partner for the Business and Sales Operations Lead (BSO), Compete Lead, and Business Process Manager. The role provides the all-up insight on the business performance in the Area relative to budget, forecast and the market. The Business Analysis Manager’s key responsibility is to orchestrate RoB (Rhythm of the Business) across the Area, securing alignment on budget, forecast and executive summaries on performance.

Orchestrate the rhythm of the business (ROB) for the Area including forecasting, Quarterly Business Connection (QBC), Business Unit (BU) preparation facilitation and centralized Area budgeting.
Have the overall view of the budget/forecast/QBCU and challenge Customer Segment and Customer Solution Area Finance Manager / BG Controller inputs where appropriate.
Ensure accurate purchase intent reporting and annuity mix
Active participation in worldwide finance communities.
Leverage the standard Purchase Insight framework & reporting to drive Area insights on New Business Performance.
Leverage latest set of tools (Modern BI, predictive analytics) to drive healthy assessment and dialogue around business forecast.
Drive clear insights from internal and external metrics and trends and provide clarity and alignment around the story with Area leadership, both as part of the quarterly/monthly rhythm and ad-hoc where necessary.
Provide high-quality narrative of the Area performance all up for executive meetings (OneNote).
Critical Indicators of Success include:
Simplification and standardization of reporting (# of local reports, adoption of leader experience, finance dashboard).
Championing the centralized forecasting and budgeting initiatives within the Area and actively engaging with Corp stakeholders to drive improvements in tools & process.
Active engagement in modernization of Finance backbone.
On time execution of ROB and drive clear, actionable outcomes.
Clarity and correctness of narrative, leading to deep insights on business performance (including Compete).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR equivalent experience.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
7+ years of experience in finance / finance leadership positions.
Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
Analytical mindset and passion for process excellence.
Fluent in English.
BA/BS or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, CPA preferred.
