The Product and Solutions Activation (PSA) team is part of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization, responsible for creating performance and brand solutions for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). We’re responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption across the GCS channel for our product areas.
As Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with the Head of PSA and the leadership team to help them grow, change, and run the business. The Chief of Staff is a strategist, consultant and implementer and will streamline activities within PSA and enable the Head of PSA to work efficiently and effectively with stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll help run the business cadence, lead strategic projects, and communicate strategy and decision-making to the leadership team and stakeholders. You’ll manage PSA leadership meetings, strategy reviews and offsites, partner with leadership to craft agendas that inform our product and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and cascading PSA’s strategy to the broader organization. You’ll serve as a critical partner for senior leaders on projects ranging from business planning to team vision and strategy, and you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure PSA teams deliver product innovation at speed.

Be an exceptional communicator. Support Head of PSA in overall communications strategy across the business and oversee planning of internal events.
Provide insightful data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership. Prepare presentations and communicate findings to management and the broader organization.
Build strong relationships across functions, partnering closely with internal stakeholders including PSA leadership, People Operations, Business Strategy, Communications, Marketing and other cross-functional partners.
