Provides analytical support to RSFHA leadership in the form of CIN contract performance reporting and analysis, development and management of performance dashboards for CIN initiatives, completion of quarterly and annual CIN/ACO contract financial reconciliations, CIN/ACO membership management tracking and maintenance of CIN/ACO file transfers. Performs duties to assist in all functions necessary for timely, accurate internal and external reporting and to meet goals.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field with 2 years of work experience in managed care, financial management, medical claims reporting and analysis, physician practice management/billing, front desk operations or physician/hospital financial environment with emphasis on practice management system/EMR or other directly related experience; MBA or MHA preferred.
Licensure/Certification: CRCA or equivalent preferred

Knowledge/Skills: Must be able to work independently. Strong background in a reimbursement environment with knowledge of contractual terms, contract modeling, financial reporting/cash management skills, and data analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Access. Familiarity with financial reporting and Decision Support systems/tools. Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Must demonstrate the ability to learn new software.
