Financial Analyst Senior – Under limited supervision, provides comprehensive analysis, solutions and support which may include business operational metric and incentive reporting, process improvements and automation, management and Board reporting, and other cross-functional reporting project management. Responsibilities may include financial results reporting and analysis, company incentive plan administration, advanced benchmarking, design and development of business unit and cross-functional processes and reporting, and leading work with other finance or business operations teams to support these efforts.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with three (3) years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• MBA, MS in Finance or CPA certification preferred.
• Complete understanding of finance or economic analysis, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and income tax laws.
• Excellent research and effective communication skills a must.
• Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills.
