Packaging Coatings group is seeking a Global Financial Analyst. The ideal
candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, work effectively in a team
environment, be able to easily shift priorities as necessary, and possess early
indications of future leadership abilities.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
accurate reporting for monthly and quarterly results, budget and forecast
variance, quarterly forecasts, and specific business metrics such as working
capital reports, KPI data, new and lost business, raw material cost trends,
customer pricing and profitability, manufacturing analysis, and balance sheet
the Global and Regional finance teams with insightful reporting and analysis of
business performance including sales, margin and expenses. Perform value added analysis to support
business goals and decision making.
improving and developing enhanced reporting processes by actively identifying
reporting issues and suggesting and implementing corrective actions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Administration. MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
2+ years of financial analyst experience.
Strong business acumen and a curiosity to understand the
rationale behind numbers.
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions with sound
Proven ability to succeed in a large company and/ or
highly matrixed environment.
Effective problem solving and the ability to process and
analyze large data sets
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills required.
Attention to detail with a strong history of accurate
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel;
experience with Hyperion/EPM preferred.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills and
the specific ability to concisely summarize detailed financial reports.
