Careers That Change Lives:
Cardiac Resynchronization Therapies (CRT) is seeking a talented and passionate Global Market Development Manager (individual contributor) to create awareness, education and access for patients who may benefit from a CRT or Implantable Cardiac Defibrillator (ICD) device. This highly visible and fast-paced role will be responsible for helping to drive and accelerate growth in two of the company’s largest businesses. In our increasingly competitive market, our ideal candidate will exhibit strategic thinking, creativity and the ability to execute to ensure that Medtronic continues to live our Mission to Alleviate Pain, Restore Health and Extend Life.
Imagine waking up every day with the objective of ensuring that every patient who may be at risk for Sudden Cardiac Arrest or who is suffering from Heart Failure has appropriate access to life-saving technology. You may start your day by building an initiative focused on reducing disparities of care for women and people of color. About midday, you may lead a meeting to review the digital strategy you helped create to educate General Cardiologists about the newest clinical data. Before you power down your laptop, you would meet with a key customer to review the newest patient education materials you created for physicians to leverage as they explain care options for their patients.
Your productivity from this one day could translate to years of additional time patients have to spend with their loved ones. How much more could you do in one week? One month? One year? The only way you will know is to join our team. We are waiting on you!
