You will play a critical role within our growth strategy team. Specifically, you will build and lead a team responsible for new business development, engagement with current customers and partners, and data analytics. Ultimately you and your team will drive strategic, aggressive company growth – gaining an unparalleled level of responsibility, client exposure, and professional development. Helping form the team’s market entry strategies
Recruiting and leading a team
Developing sales and marketing strategies for new customer acquisition
Analyzing complex datasets to draw meaningful business and market insights
Translating those insights into compelling value creation narratives

Degree from an undergraduate program (MBA a plus, but not required)
4+ years of professional work experience (consulting background preferred)
Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data

Preference for a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture
Exceptional workplan management skills
