- BA or BS degree in a related field
- 5+ years of product or program management experience
- 5+ years experience in the health care industry focused on laboratory services
- 5+ years experience working cross-functionally to implement new solutions and concepts
We are seeking an experienced leader to join an exciting new project team. We are an innovative, cross-platform, customer-obsessed team, working on big-bets in the health care industry. You will lead the launch and ongoing management of critical programs for Amazon Care in laboratory services. You will work with product, technology, marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand our services end to end, organize teams around the action items, and deliver results for the business. This role is inherently cross-functional – you will work across the organization to roll out your plans and create a feedback loop into the product vision. You’re a self-driven leader who can manage multiple complex work streams in parallel, you communicate clearly and with data, prioritize effectively, and have a consistent track record of delivery.
