The Procurement Analyst will participate in the development and implementation of Procurement projects and sourcing engagements across the GSI enterprise, in close partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
The candidate will work with all internal stakeholders as a key partner throughout each project life cycle to optimize value and quality while minimizing supply risk. This person will participate in strategy development, stakeholder engagement, opportunity assessment, project planning, milestone development, supplier engagement, supply analysis, cost analysis, price benchmarking, savings estimation and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of analytical and financial competency, excellent communication skills, with a strategic sourcing and procurement aptitude. In addition, the successful candidate will show high energy, initiative, a willingness to learn, and a collegial, collaborative style.
Manage Strategic Sourcing initiatives such as RFP processes, supplier onboarding, and vendor negotiations
Work cross-functionally with all internal departments
Tactical administration (eg requirements gathering, vendor communications, project management, etc.)
RFx /third party vendor financial analysis
Savings tracking and reporting
Vendor risk program administration
Procurement and Sourcing administration
Project management and tracking
Limited contract authoring, workflow design, and negotiation
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
A minimum of three-five years of relevant work experience

Must have excellent Excel and analytical skills
Must be proficient in Powerpoint
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong project management, managing to tight deadlines
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure,
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and leadership
