The Senior Financial Analyst – Corp FP&A will be primarily responsible for supporting our Corporate FP&A team in the US. Duties include month-end closing, operating expense, revenue schedule, headcount, and business review reporting & analysis. This role will encompass a wide range of activities, including support of planning and budgeting processes such as the annual budget cycle, monthly reporting, and quarterly reforecasts.

Essential Functions of the job:
- Working independently across functional teams
- Delivering accurate, detailed, and timely financial reporting
- Providing detailed reporting and commentary on actual vs. planned results
- Evaluating and analyzing trends to provide key insights to management and business partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with FP&A planning systems TM1 is a plus
- Experience with accounting concepts and financial planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years relevant experience in a financial planning or accounting role, preferably in a pharma or biotech company or organization.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with demonstrated business and systems proficiency in previous roles.

Travel: Minimal throughout the U.S. may be required.
