The Surface Finance team within Devices Finance is looking for a motivated individual with enthusiasm to take on a high impact role as Senior Finance Manager for Surface Consumer.

Oversight and responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for Consumer Surface PCs
Partner and influence across Key Stakeholders in and out of finance within CCSM, MS Stores and the Business/Engineering Group
Manage investments (ROI) and Go-to-Market strategies of both current and potentially new product portfolios
Drive improved insight into the business, including development and reporting of Product P&Ls, lifetime GM targets, KPI’s and performance metrics and scorecards, to drive organizational accountability and performance.
Identifying and solving business problems and issues.
Improving efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities and reporting through automation and detailed analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, math or related field. MBA or MBA work equivalent experience preferred
5+ years related work experience
Great collaboration, team work and business partnership: Extremely important for the person in role to possess great collaboration skills and able to build network.
Financial analysis & modeling skills. This role requires a hands on approach and the individual must be comfortable in rolling up his/her sleeves and diving in.
Able to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced change management- Fail fast and learn
Able to handle diverse stakeholders with a high degree of ambiguity – Be relentless and push back when required
A track record of influence the business through initiative and in bringing financial analysis and insight
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), including an ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Knowledge of the Consumer Electronics industry is preferred but not mandatory
