What You’ll do

• Opex management responsibilities including forecasting, partnering with operations team to supervise budget and analyze variances vs Commit
• Partner with finance team on various close processes including accruals and opex/capex consolidation for Collaboration
• Drive month end, quarter end, long-range planning, and portfolio processes, including WD+7 and quarterly business reviews
• Financial consolidation and analysis for Collaboration including Bookings, P&Ls and Gross Margin Walks; Analyze and track results to Plan/Forecasts and drive variance analysis
• Partner with BU finance team to report on financial metrics including software/SaaS reporting and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

You are a self-starter and a strong phenomenal teammate; results-driven and have a “can do” demeanor. You possess strong analytical skills, are detail oriented but can communicate at executive level and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of relevant dynamic experience in financial analysis or related field
• Extensive experience building and maintaining complex financial models with a strong ability to deal with large volumes of data
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in Hyperion/Essbase a plus
• MBA or CPA, a plus
