We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst. This position will be responsible for performing and participating in objective financial review and analyses of fixed capital and other investment proposals, special financial studies and financial planning activities involved in the evaluation of strategic, profit and operating plans.

Serve as central consolidation point for financials of the Americas and Asian operational teams.
Requires ability to develop quickly an understanding of the operations Involves ad hoc analysis and special projects.
Drives deadlines among the teams yet maintaining good working relationships.
Provides reporting and analysis for manufacturing activities including productivity, capital, forecasting,
budgeting, absorption, sales, inventory.
Participates in development of annual operating plan, forecasting and weekly flash.
Reconciles balance sheet accounts for central ledgers; prepare and analyze balance sheet risk and opportunities.
Prepares monthly operational review slides.
Perform Monthly SGA spend analysis and reporting for cost center owners.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance require, MBA preferred.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in Financial Reporting & Analysis with preference in manufacturing / automotive related industry with multiple sites.
Standard costing knowledge / experience.
Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion preferred.
