In this Sr. Financial Analyst role, you will support the Global DTC (direct to consumer) business which requires an understanding and analysis of performance, Global DTC investment, Strategic initiatives and budget management. You will also add value through financial processes including Annual Planning, Strategic Business Planning, Forecasting and Monthly & Quarterly Reporting. You will report to the Sr Director of Finance and work closely with members of the finance and accounting teams as well as cross-functional partners within Product and Strategy and other Regional business partners .
Responsible for consolidation and reporting of actuals, forecasts, strategic plans, and business updates that assess the financial condition of the Global DTC business.
Support the Global DTC investment through development of business case, approval process, management of spend and tracking of benefits.
Help develop actualizing, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for Global DTC Hub costs.
Support Global DTC strategic plans by providing clear, concise , and comprehensive analyses of options and scenarios; influence the strategic direction for the business.
Insure the results of operations are accurately recorded in the financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Continuously improve planning, forecasting , reporting processes, and systems , including data integrity.
Partner with the business to monitor results and provide data and analysis with focus on key financial metrics.
Work within a matrix environment with multiple owners responsible for delivering numbers and processes.
Ability to comfortably communicate results and findings, along with issues and solutions to senior management and non-financial audiences.
BS/BA in Finance/Business Administration, MBA preferred
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with financial or business planning, forecasting and analysis. Previous experience in a Sr. Analyst role preferred
Experience with Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, Excel a must, SAP preferred
Manage large amounts of data, including collection, consolidation, analysis, and synthesizing into a cohesive framework
Experience with P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Experience within Retail, especially Ecommerce a plus
