Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc (Corporate) is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Johnson & Johnson Technology Services (JJTS) Finance team.
Based in Raritan, NJ, this role will be responsible for key controllership areas of the business including: Global IT capital planning, global IT portfolio management, global depreciation planning and co-ordination.

In coordination with the JJTS Finance Leadership and reporting into the Investment Portfolio Manager, this role will focus on the following areas that are essential to our controllership functions:
Global finance management of JJTS Investment Portfolio, Capital and Expense
Key point of contact for business partnering with Portfolio management team and project managers
Coordination and forecasting for global depreciation budget
Responsible for Actuals vs. budget analysis and commentary for Investment Portfolio
Completion of Annual Physical Inventory of JJTS US assets and presentation of results to leadership
Compliance leadership for Sarbanes Oxley requirements, internal control standards, audit support and tax inquiries.
Critical support for global Acquisitions & Divestitures impacting IT
Continuous operational improvements
The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver by utilizing performance metric driven insights, challenging the status quo and holding accountable key business partners to act with speed and agility.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
An MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of Finance, Accounting, or other related business experience is required.
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple requirements, as well as strong collaboration skills are required.
Highly motivated individual with strong forward-thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record and intellectual curiosity is required
Experience collaborating with global business partners is preferred.
Must have the ability to work effectively in a new, dynamic, and fast paced environment.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required to include pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP functions.
SAP, TM1, Tableau experience is preferred.
Organizational and strong communication skills are required.
This position will be based in Raritan, NJ, and may require up to 10% of local travel to other J&J locations in central NJ and eastern PA.
