P&L Management – Manages multi-million-dollar business P&L and dozens executive relationships across multiple industries on behalf of Kellogg around co-branded products in soft goods, hard goods, food, entertainment, & retail
Product Development – Guides strategic product development & coordinates product launches through collaborative partner marketing, R&D, & shopper marketing
Agency Management – Manages 6 regional & global agencies focused in licensing, design, eCommerce, & consulting
Business Operations – Oversees and manages the day to day commercial business operations through agencies & partners around creative style guides, new product & asset approvals, strategic insights development, prospecting new category & retail opportunities, contract negotiations, cross merchandising opportunities at retail, quarterly financial reviews, stakeholder alignment and change management
Lead and Connect – Leads eCommerce businesses on Kelloggstore.com managed through technology & fulfillment partners Turnkey Merchandise Programs, Merch by Amazon & Amazon Storefronts
Global Strategy- Develops global strategies, best practices & capabilities for the different global regions
BA degree plus 5+ years of marketing, licensing/royalty management experience or general management experience
Demonstrate depth of commercial understanding and experience, including familiarity with CPG retail dynamics, sales & retail strategy, modern marketing techniques, royalty models, partnership go to market, revenue growth management/price realization techniques, brand elevation techniques, consumer recruit techniques, and marketing integration in a digital world
Demonstrates agility and wide entrepreneurial skillset to drive multiple streams of revenue in a constantly moving retail environments
Ability to follow through on complex tasks with thoughtfulness & excellence
Demonstrates superior conceptual and analytical problem-solving capabilities with unique ability to be efficient, work creatively when faced with sparsity of data, and come up with win win solutions on new frontiers.
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive decision making through concise recommendations, informed by evidence & rationale
Strong leadership skills, an ability to collaborate and work across functions and different cultures, excellence in people development, & a passion to drive an ambitious agenda.
Demonstrated evidence of ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels within an organization
Familiarity with retail and licensing environments in non-US markets
Licensing experience in apparel, food, entertainment

This position is preferably located in Battle Creek, MI our headquarter office location or secondarily could be located in Chicago, IL. A flexible work schedule and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time is also required.
