The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and deployment of national and local marketing/advertising/media plans to drive sales through both customer acquisition and customer retention efforts. Responsibilities will also include development of brand-building initiatives across the network.
P&L ownership and management of marketing level advertising funds
Manage and develop junior marketing members to support the execution of local and national marketing plans
Develop integrated 12-month marketing and media plans to drive sales growth across the Take 5 network
Work with agency partners to create and deploy effective advertising and promotional creative across TV, radio, print, online, mobile, digital and CRM/DM/EM media channels
Build and deploy local media investment for multiple DMAs that interfaces effectively with national media plan(s)
Monitor and understand weekly/monthly sales data to inform marketing/advertising plans and provide recommendations/adjustments to maintain strong sales growth
Be influential in presenting and gaining support for marketing/advertising plans across multiple constituents such as operations and executive leadership.
Highly articulate in both oral and written communications, with the interpretive/ analytical skills to convert charts, graphs and research findings into a story appropriate for leadership level audiences
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, economics or related field; Preferred MBA or commensurate experience.
5+ years of relevant experience; Strong marketing background with proven results
Ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans
Conceptualization and implementation skills relating to new strategies
New product launch experience preferred
Solid organizational communication skills and institutional knowledge
Solid knowledge of franchise operations a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative working style to interface with multiple business partners
Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior management/leaders
