Who we are looking for:
Accomplished strategy consultant well-versed in project management, change management, process improvement, business analytics and strategic projects. The Associate, Strategy we’re looking for is able to provide tactical assistance, analyze market data and execute on strategic projects in coordination with the Analyst, Strategy and the Sr. Manager, Strategy.
How you’ll make an impact:
Provide day to day execution of strategic projects, including project management and coordination
Conduct analysis to define business expansion opportunities and areas for profitability improvement (e.g. pricing, new market entry, efficiency improvement)
Provide project status updates to company leadership
Implement change management plans
Support integration as needed through involvement in specific integration workstreams
Conduct external research and market analysis
Lead meetings, conduct analysis with minimal guidance and provide recommendations
2-4 years of management consulting experience from a leading strategy consulting firm
Strong quantitative skills and ability to translate analysis to insight
Experience interfacing with C-level executives in a mid-large size company
Ability to prioritize and manage through ambiguity
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
Demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and cross-group team
Ability to manage projects and processes
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
