Reporting to the Cross and Non-Portfolio Operations Support Supervisor, the Cross and Non-Portfolio Operations Support Analyst will support the following areas:
Cross center Sub/K and ASM data collection and clean-up as needed
Liaise with BusOps as necessary for data collection and reporting
Reports (Weekly Status, Non-SADC Demand Report)
Keep trackers and logs up to date for the purpose of fostering collaboration with common center delivery processes and delivery KPIs
Compile Data for Informal Training and inputs for Chargeable Hours
Cross Center Activities
SACE Quarterly Awards
Cross Functional Leadership Meeting
ATC Account Capability Showcase
Here’s What you Need:
Year Degree or 2 Years of Relevant Project Administration/Support Work
Experience in lieu of a degree
1 year of relevant project administration/support work experience
of experience with MS Excel
Citizenship – No Dual Citizenship
Bonus Points If:
Year Degree of Business Related Field
working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, Access,
SharePoint, Project, Word)
with any or all of the following: status reporting, metrics reporting and
analysis, finance reporting, time reporting, expense reporting, resource tracking,
deliverable tracking, issue and risk tracking, change control management,
and service management reporting
to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying
interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and
to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high
performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one
