We are seeking a Finance intern to join our team! When you join our Finance team, you’re joining a team whose impact stretches throughout the Agency. In this role, you will have direct access to the Accounting Supervisor, Controller, and Director of Finance. Not only can you advance your career but you will leave your mark on the future of AHRC Suffolk.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with strategic assignments.

Directly support data entry needs.

Verify food purchases and coding.
-
Review mileage logs and gas receipts.

Gain exposure to Accounts Payable.
JOB TYPE: Up to 20 hours per week.
SCHEDULE: We will be flexible based on your school schedule but are looking for availability within our business hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
PAY RATE: Paid Internship

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma OR equivalent

Student must be pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Requires prior experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Experience with QuickBooks a Plus
TIME COMMITMENT:
The duration of the internship is negotiable and we will be flexible based on your school schedule but are looking for availability within our business hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, up to 20 hours per week.
