Roles & Opportunities:
*You will need to be able to operate a smartphone and tablet and become familiar with our software programs and tools.
*You will be required to complete our online training course and participate in our daily in person training.
*Each day you will need to communicate with potential customers and be able to explain to them the benefits and functions of our new system and its components in our direct to home program.
*You will be expected to learn the process of sales and how to effectively communicate.
*Reporting will be a daily task which will be done in person with other team members.
*You will be asked to work 2-4 months, 5-6 days per week, Monday-Saturday. This is an entry level position and if done well you can be offered full time employment during the internship.
*You are required to be open to moving for the 2-4 month period.
Location:
*Corporate Housing and Travel will be provided by company.
*Most of the time we find it best for you and the company to relocate to a different state during the 2-4 month program.
*Due to COVID-19 and many school programs being online during the summer and fall semesters we will be flexible if students have online classes in the morning but can dedicate time in the day and evening..
*Positions may be available now, as well as for the fall/winter summer/fall semesters. Please be prepared to discuss your current situation in the interview.
Income:
*Weekly base or commission. *pay will be based on which pay is higher for the week.
*Pay is paid weekly. Average monthly income for commission is $4000 but can be higher based on performance. Other incentives are paid out such as company paid vacations, dinner money, prizes, rent bonuses, scholarships, and car allowances.
*Full time managers earn six figure salaries as base, which can be obtained within 1-3 years of experience.
