We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to shape the user experience for our employee end users. This role works throughout the product lifecycle to fulfill the product vision, from conducting market analysis, gathering requirements, owning the sprint backlog, to supporting the release process.
A successful candidate for this role has regularly shipped consumer or enterprise products (web, mobile; ideally both), defined epics and user stories, and has a strong sense of great UX. This role will interface with all levels of the organization, so great communication skills are essential.
Develops deep understanding of end users / customers to translate needs into ideas and features for the product roadmap
Builds and maintains Agile (Scrum / Sprint) team backlog, with input from customer, Product Manager, System Architect/Engineering and other stakeholders
Collaborates with Agile team and stakeholders to write features, user stories, and requirements that include acceptance criteria and acceptance tests
Leads and participates in scoping, requirement gathering, solution design, implementation and validation
Reviews and prioritizes Agile Team backlog for Iteration (Sprint) Planning, including coordination of dependencies with other Product Owners.
Works with Product Manager(s) and Technical Team Lead(s) for user story details.
Defining Objectives and Key Results, assessing outcomes and owning plans to drive results.
Plays an instrumental role in producing the Feature and Capability-level demo for program stakeholders ensuring representation of user stories within PO’s scope.

Collaborates and develops positive working relationships with technical and non-technical teams, works with outside partners and other third parties.

Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies
[Experience of HCM and/or Payroll preferred]
[SAFE, CSCM, and/or CSPO certification preferred]
BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data.
Ability to travel occasionally
1+ years of relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst or Architecture/Software Engineer experience in an agile software product development environment.
1 + years of experience in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
Practical Experience with the Product assigned to the role will be an advantage
