To help clients overcome those barriers, The Alliance provides holistic services including youth empowerment, intensive case management, adult education, workforce training and development, and financial coaching.
Join us as a Human Resources Intern and learn the primary tasks of running an HR Department including recruiting, onboarding, training and development, compliance, policy formulation, benefits administration, risk management and employee relations.

Supervisor: Eric Carrera, Human Resources Manager
Hours: 15 hours/week
Skills/Qualifications: Basic coursework or current enrollment in Human Resources class preferred
Duration of Internship: June 1st-August 16th 2021
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. We are happy to comply with university credit-based internship expectations.
