About the Role:
Aristide Energy is currently looking to add a Scheduler to our team. The position will be responsible for managing day-to-day truck and rail logistics, month-end reporting and transportation contracts for the Wholesale Products trading team and its resources. This is an opportunity to work and grow with a small, highly collaborative team based in the Houston Energy Corridor.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate truck and rail logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries to customers and the production facility
- Collaborate with the trading team concerning transportation requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments, provide accurate ETAs and delivery updates to meet customer and production requirements
- Manage data entry and reconciliation, maintain shipment records and documentation to support accurate financial transactions and compliance
- Oversee logistics contracts, obtain competitive quotes and negotiate rates in alignment with current market conditions
- Other duties, as assigned
