Inside Sales Internship

In this function, your mission will be to be the Inside Sales Intern for North America. This person is to be attentive and responder to all leads generated from the projects listed: any inbound marketing activities including: Marketing Automation, 1-800 #, Web to Lead, and Chat Bot, as well as any external outbound marketing activities including telemarketing. Responsibilities include: optimize the ChatBot program so that we provide exceptional customer service and learn from inquiries. Manage and improve the 1-800# customer experience and optimize the program. This person is to have exceptional customer service and manage all inbound 1-800 calls. Is not afraid of phone calling to qualify inbound leads, task assigning to sales representatives, and following-up with sales to ensure we close the loop.
Some years of relevant experience in B2B process documentation, developing training programs, and project management. Exceptional English and Spanish speaking with excellent phone presence and customer service.
You have a university degree or equal by working experience in Sales and/or Engineering degree preferred.
We are looking for someone who is customer minded, positive and has a strong interest in engineering and sales experience.
The right candidate is very responsible, very organized, a committed self-starter with ability to work independently, resourceful, imaginative and eager to take initiative and responsibility. She/he is also a good communicative team player, who works towards the team’s mission, keeping in mind the effects of own actions on the rest of the organization.
This multi-tasker will need to be creative in the search for improvement and make use of new technologies to reach the goals. This means being creative setting up and maintaining processes with different suppliers, flexible and able to work under pressure towards different deadlines, with several people.
We need a resilient and positive person capable of handling criticism, who is willing to learn and open to challenges.
You have the willingness to travel from time to time (not very often). You are expected to attend meetings and conference calls as required.
The position will be based out of Deer Park, Texas, with the ability to work from home and report to Atlas Copco Rental North America headquarters at Deer Park, TX. Reporting to Maggie Rios, VP Marketing North America.
