Job description:
- Extensive use of excel (Pivot Tables, organizing data in usable form, combining similar categories, etc.)
- Set up customer accounts online.
- Data processing and data entry for tax preparation
- Online research
- Other miscellaneous office related tasks
- Candidate will be working directly with someone who will give direct training feedback for all activities to be performed
Requirements:
- Highly proficient with MS Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Advance communication skills
- Self-started
- Highly Organized
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Spanish is a plus
Pay rate: $20 hr
Hours per week: between 15-25 per week
Duration: 12 weeks but it can be extended depending on performance
