Bizmetric is a data analytics services company based in Houston, TX. Bizmetric provides consulting services to enterprise customers in Oil and Gas, BFSI and Life Sciences sectors. We are servicing analytics needs ranging from strategy, blueprint, and implementation to support across US, UK, Middle East and South Asia regions.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team who can assist us in various pre-sales and marketing initiatives. The candidate should be a supportive and cooperative team member providing general support to the teams and assist with market research and related activities. The candidate will qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, network with partners, and generate new opportunities.
Some of the key responsibilities will be:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and provide research on potential clients and the competitive landscape.
- Participate in strategy meetings with sales team.
- Assist team with data analysis and reporting.
- Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects.
- Learn and follow a sales process leading to successful negotiations.
- Recent college graduate majoring in business administration or marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
