The intern will assist the Human Resource Strategic Initiatives (HRSI) function with strategic communication, transformation, marketing and branding efforts. This includes the development and implementation of communication strategies and customized marketing approaches that support various objectives within the strategic plan.
Responsibilities will include content creation, and development of websites, communication platforms, marketing tools, promotional products, toolkits, and templates that represent the HR brand and support HR business. These deliverables will be leveraged by HR staff to further support the workforce planning initiative, the business alignment initiative and corresponding educational campaigns for these initiatives. These efforts and tool and tools are intended to assist HR with effectively carrying out daily responsibilities and meeting client/business needs.
Due to the nature of work, it is imperative that the requested intern specifically support the marketing and branding function within HR Strategic initiatives because other interns will not likely possess the required skill set acquired through the use of various applications and graphic design experience.
The incumbent should have some experience with Adobe CS, MS Office suite, SharePoint and Visual Studio. In addition to CSS, HTML coding and social media platforms. Preferred majors include marketing, graphic design or a related major.
US Citizenship is required and candidates must be current, matriculated students; recent graduates are not eligible.
