Office (PMO), located at our Ridgefield, Connecticut facility. As an Intern, you will work sideby-side with one or more Directors/Associate Directors of our PMO as they manage key organizational initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, development and delivery of project collaterals as directed by a PMO Director/Associate Director; these may include:
Project scoping documents
Timelines, charters and project governance documents
Kickoff and/or update presentations
Project communications o Interview guides
Status memos o Summaries of key findings
Interim and final presentations
Lead interviews and other data gathering activities.
Unearth insights and distill into inputs for the project.
Build presentations for the project audience/customers.
Share learnings with internal customer(s) and the larger PMO team, including leadership and other participants in the internship program.
Must be an MBA Student in good academic standing.
Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework.
Overall, cumulative GPA (from last completed quarter) must be at least 3.200 (on 4.0 scale) or better (No rounding up).
Major must be related to the field of internship.
Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to think strategically.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous work experience in life sciences industry or Management Consulting preferred. Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
