If you are selected for a position in the United States, your employment will be contingent upon submission to and successful completion of a post-offer/pre-placement drug test(and alcohol screening/medical examination if required by the role) as well as pre-placement verification of the information and qualifications provided during the selection process. The drug screen requires a hair test for which BP must be able to obtain a sufficient hair sample for analysis (~4 cm/1 ½" scalp, or > 2 cm/¾" body – arms & armpits/legs/chest)

We’re looking for a professional who’s a coach in every sense of the word: a trainer, facilitator, influencer, motivator, communicator, collaborator. This is a people-centric role where your ability to build relationships, rapport and trust can reap great rewards – for our business and our employees.
The impact and visibility of this position is best suited to a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master or Scrum.org certified Professional Scrum Master who’s also an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching or Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3 years of relevant work experience. MBA degree preferred but not essential. Above all, you need to be a subject matter expert with a record of successful implementation, acceptance and adoption of agile working.
