Congratulations, you graduated (or are getting ready to graduate)! What’s next?
If you’re like many recent grads, you may be exploring your options and not sure what exactly you want to do. A rotational program could be the perfect opportunity for you. Through a rotational program, you can join Bureau Veritas and cycle through a few different positions to get a feel for different areas of business.
Our Management Rotation Program (MRP) is a rotational program that prepares graduates to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the business forward. As an MRP associate, you’ll dive into your leadership skills and passion for problem solving to ensure our projects, systems and processes deliver value to the organization.
At Bureau Veritas, we help companies, governments and public authorities reduce their risks in terms of health, quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility.
Our strength is our people – our employees are invaluable and we want them to grow with us and make a difference. At Bureau Veritas people and their ideas are respected and rewarded. We are committed to improving ourselves, our communities and our world and we work together to deliver the best client experience. The MRP is just one way we invest in recent graduates to help shape a better world and have a positive impact in our communities.
With more than 77,000 employees in over 1,500 offices, Bureau Veritas is present in more than 140 countries. It is common for employees seeking international exposure to accept assignments elsewhere in our network and enjoy living in a different part of the world while gaining valuable business experience.
For those looking for domestic opportunities, Bureau Veritas has more than 130 offices in the United States and Canada where our 7,500 North American-based employees work. North America is a significant part of the company’s growth platform, meaning more opportunities are being made available to our employees. We continue to experience growth in our businesses so we do have positions available.
LEAVE YOUR MARK
Unlike other programs, our MRP is sponsored by one of our top executives who also serves as the program’s executive sponsor and as a mentor for the MRP associate. You will have the opportunity to work with your Executive Sponsor on special projects on a wide variety of topics from sustainability to capital deployment. This will allow you to gain firsthand knowledge of how our business works, exposure to multiple departments in the organization, all while providing you the opportunity to LEAVE YOUR MARK on our organization.
It is not often that graduates have exposure to senior executives during their first year out of school. At Bureau Veritas, our Executive Sponsors commit to quarterly coaching sessions with the MRP associate to evaluate progress, provide feedback as well as provide career coaching as part of the program. You will gain valuable insight into to maximize your impact in the role and garner knowledge that will help propel you throughout your career.

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
The first step of the interview process will be meeting with one of our Talent Partners to learn more about your experience, review your resume, and evaluate your fit for the role. This process usually takes roughly 30 (? Is this how long it takes usually?) days to complete.
The second step of the process will be the selection of the Top 10 to be interviewed by our department hiring partners. Part of this process includes two assessments to allow us more insight into how you work, what motivates you, and how you interact with others. This is not a pass/fail assessment but a deeper insight into the candidates we are considering.
The final step will be an Executive Interview Panel consisting of the Executive Sponsor, Director of Talent Acquisition and any additional executives who select to join. It will be a standardized interview format including behavioral interview questions and questions about recent course or project work.
