Job Descriptions:

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking energetic, responsible interns to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and can be expected to gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field. Interns will be tasked with project work that will help Busch become more efficient and effective. You will be expected to conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and productivity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in preparing information and research materials

  • Support Engineering and business personnel

  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations

  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks

  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records

  • Prepare documents, drafts, and reports

  • Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed

  • Participate in process efficiency improvement, work-flow and time standards studies and other related projects

Education:

Currently enrolled rising Junior or Seniors actively pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or Human Resources or currently enrolled Senior MBA candidates.

In depth knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
