- Design strategic plans to grow business for assigned accounts as per client requirements.
- Consult with clients to understand current and anticipate challenges and identify an opportunity for new or accretive business
- Communicate and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met
- Proactively identify risks within projects and identify solutions to resolve the issues; escalating to internal leadership as appropriate.
- Conduct regularly scheduled calls with client accounts and provide status or performance updates as requested
- Ensure client retention through delivery
- Produce accurate and timely forecasts respective to key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency; propose new tools and processes
