Carrier Fire & Security Products is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for its Kidde Residential Fire Products business in Mebane, NC! Together, with the Kidde Customer Experience, Sales, Trade, and Product Management teams, the Associate Brand Manager will assist in the development and management of long term strategies, campaigns, product launches, marketing advertising, and promotions strategy to specific deadlines with direction of the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.
The core activities of the Associate Brand Manager will be to support the development and management of go to market plans that drive consistency in voice, tone and message across all channels. Contributes to the application of the brand strategy, assist with marketing plan development, and ensure excellence of execution in market. This role reports to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and will collaborate with the Kidde cross-functional teams, including regional sales leaders, product management, operations, finance, and engineering.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Works collaboratively with the Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Trade Marketing and Sales teams to apply messaging strategy and manage the execution of packaging, PR, in-store, collateral, digital and support advertising efforts.
Performing business analysis to strengthen the brand’s integrated marketing program.
Developing and implementing marketing plans that contribute to brand volume and profit.
Initiating and analyzing market research to improve the brand’s marketing efforts.
Coordinate product improvements that enhance the brand.
Developing, implementing and evaluating other strategic business building projects.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in B2C environment
Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns.
Experience in a B2C environment with strategic marketing, downstream marketing including campaign development and execution, product launches, promotion, advertising, digital marketing, pricing, channel management.
Experience in creative strategy development, advertising and launching new products.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant marketing business, MBA a plus.
