As a Factory Integration and Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to ensure the high availability of IT services that enable the manufacturing of customer products. This position will be customer facing, working directly with our business partners to understand their requirements, assess their needs and provide guidance.
This role will also work with process experts to understand the required system changes and coordinate their implementation to meet production goals. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and with corporate teams on introducing new IT solutions that improve business process efficiency. Work with internal and external partners to diagnose and solve problems. Individuals should demonstrate innovative qualities to explore new technologies, which improve the efficiency of the factory environment. Must be able to configure and troubleshoot issues regarding dedicated PC associated with Factory applications. Must understand Microsoft Office Suite and be able to Install/Configure applications. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time as well as well as being a collaborative team member.
4 year Computer-Related, Business Process degree, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years Factory level Working Knowledge in 2 or more of these applications SAP, SAPME, MESA, Pinpoint, VMC Test Manager, AQE, and PSPS.
Incumbent should have working knowledge of Network structure and basic IP structure including vlans.
Ability to function as a Leader within a team and in medium sized projects.
3+ years of experience working in manufacturing facility

Strong desire / ability to learn in complex and evolving environment
Ability to communicate verbally with Facility Business Partner, GCIO Team Members and GIS Support members using in person and Virtual communication channels.
Ability to analyze requirements and find gaps, identify customization as required, define options for customization and review the options with architect, high level design of the application and network solution.
Assist application and infrastructure support when required and provide test reviews, approve low level designs.
Experience with Caterpillar manufacturing process
Understand fundamentals of ITGC change management process and Controls.
