Job Purpose: The Account Coordinator will support our Account Management Team working with multiple high-profile client accounts, each with different specific policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong client facing background as well as attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to work with a team within a fast-paced environment, as this role will have cross-functionally responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Essential Functions: 1. Understand the specifics of each account requirements 2. Provide flawless, timely service to each account 3. Assist with maintaining and growing client relationships 4. Serve as back up contact for clients 5. Ensure that both internal client processes and procedures are followed, and quality standards are met 6. Oversee specific client processes, as requested 7. Anticipate client service needs 8. Provide client support around propriety software. This includes but is not limited to phone, email, support ticket and online chat communications. 9. Input and manage data on proprietary software 10. Perform and supervise client enhancement testing and configuration changes 11. Perform impeccable QA on releases, projects, data insertion and other deliverables to ensure accuracy 12. Ticket Processing, Fulfillment and QA of ticket inventory/shipping, both physical and e-tickets/mobile 13. Compile monthly reports, as needed 14. Provide two-way communication between clients and Cendyn management 15. Provide customer trainings on software, as needed 16. Completion of 2-3 annual KRA’s 17. Encourage the continue evolution of proprietary software 18. Ability to travel, needed Requirements: Required Education and Experience: 1. Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2. Excellent computer and typing skills Preferred Education and Experience: BA or BS degree Expected Competencies: 1. Excellent organizational and decision-making skills 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 4. Attention to detail is critical 5. Ability to thrive in a team environment Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. Working in an office environment requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to work with others in a moderately noisy open office environment with centrally controlled head/AC setting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., depending on your shift. Additional night and weekend hours may occur based on project need. Travel: This position may require up to 10% travel. Travel may be outside the local area and overnight.
