The Corporate Strategy team is responsible for defining and cascading the long range enterprise strategy for Centene. In order to create the enterprise strategy, the team leads future state scenario planning exercises, trend analysis, competitive intelligence and strategic planning activities across the organization. We then monitor and assess our enterprise initiatives and KPIs to ensure that the company is on track to achieving our long term strategic objectives.
Summer Intern Area of Responsibility
The Corporate Strategy Summer Consultant will have the opportunity to work alongside senior strategy leadership and corporate executives on real, high-level engagements. You will analyze market trends, develop insights, and deliver recommendations to drive growth working with other departments to explore new market opportunities and business models.
Included Tasks:

Work collaboratively across organizations to support cross-company strategy efforts; support key strategic initiatives spanning strategic planning, growth strategy, and new business development

Develop fact-based market and competitor insights based on research conducted across a variety of sources- Synthesize insights and recommendations ito presentations to clearly communicate findings to senior management

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
