Our Opportunity:
Chewy is looking for an experienced Analyst, Supply Chain to help manage the Transportation Operation processes and performance. This role includes working cross-functionally with network planning, FC Operations, middle mile and small parcel carriers to drive continuous optimization within our fulfillment network. You will use quantitative and qualitative customer data to uncover key insights that drive network strategy and enhancements. The ideal candidate has shown success in diving deep, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:

The successful candidate will review and develop meaningful KPIs for the Chewy carrier base

Develop optimal network routing for carriers based on TNT, FC Operations, KPIs, and
-
Analyze new FC routing

Root cause misses to carrier metrics like Late Delivery %, Concessions and Cost.

Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and communication skills; be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Have a passion for delivering an industry leading customer experience.

Utilize data to understand carrier performance and trends as well as business objectives; transform those insights into clear actions to improve the overall customer experience.

Monitor performance of your program(s) and measure impact of enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use to drive prioritization.

Work with Transportation and Operations to bridge technology gaps to improve service to Chewy’s customers

Have a passion for delivering an industry leading customer experience.

What You’ll Need:
-
Bachelor’s degree and preferably experience in eCommerce, Transportation or Operations
-
Monitor and improve the performance of the network by following and driving performance with existing metrics
-
Support process improvements in warehousing and transportation operations with analytics
-
Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization
-
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal skills and a positive, people-oriented attitude.

Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
-
Self-motivated, high energy, proactive and posses problem solving skills
-
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SQL and Tableau. Knowing Python is a plus.
