Health Service Leadership Program – Full Time Associate
Cigna's Health Service Leadership Program (HLP) is a premier cross-functional leadership program that builds an extensive leadership foundation through rotational experiences within the health service space—an industry that is more dynamic and exciting than ever. Program members engage in best-in-class leadership development through 3-4 key assignments, personalized to associates, across multiple business segments, each 12-24 months in length, over 5-7 years with the ultimate goal of program members attaining key enterprise leadership roles.

What you’ll do:
Key Rotational Areas:
Marketing, Product Management, Strategy & Business Development, Service Operations, Finance, Operations, Pharmacy, Provider/Network Management, Underwriting, Sales
Key tenets of the HLP experience include:
Three to four personalized rotational assignments ranging 12-24 months in duration, aligned to Cigna's growth strategy, and individual personal development goals
Exposure to senior leaders with focused mentorship, leadership coaching, and professional networking
A supportive and collaborative community of peers
Outreach through community service and charitable events

What you need to do the job:
MBA, MPH or MHA with 4 to 5 years of professional experience
Passion and dedication to become a business leader in health service industry
Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization
Strong business acumen and leadership
Innovative thinking and analytical problem-solving skill
Strategically-minded with a global mindset
First rotation: Bloomfield, CT (Cigna Corporation headquarters). As our associates progress, they may pursue opportunities in other Cigna locations as determined by business need, in and outside of the United States.
