ICRM HR Project Manager
This Project Manager will support the ICRM HR team, reporting to the Senior Human Resources Advisor for ICRM. This role will execute against multiple project goals, recruiting and headcount initiatives and standardization of processes across the function. They will be a representative for ICRM HR on a number of regional and global initiatives. He/she will drive the research, strategy, and coordination on a number of projects. The position requires a highly organized and motivated individual who has demonstrated successes in complex organizational initiatives. This person will work independently with limited supervision. This responsible individual sets standards, proactively synthesize information and create executive ready material. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for regular status reports and presentations associated with programs/projects outlined. He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills and work constructively with people across various functional departments and geographies to facilitate project deliverables. This role will interact with various HR partners across the enterprise as well as key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, design and coordinate the strategy around execution of key HR cyclical processes for ICRM (i.e., Performance Management, Talent Management, MD/DIR Promotions, Year-End Compensation, etc.)

Manage global Reduction in Force process in partnership with HRA/HRGs and Finance

Liaise with the Headcount Reporting and Analytics team to develop data analytics and insights on various reports, data needs and trends/opportunities across the business

Manage ad hoc projects and assist with ad hoc Sr HRA / HRA requests as needed

Support and drive strategy around ICRM People Strategy (incl. Career Development, Culture, Diversity strategy, etc.)

Partner with ICRM Chief of Staff office on ICRM-wide people initiatives and communications (incl. MD/DIR promotions, ICRM goals, VOE, Town Hall FAQ & people data, etc.)
Qualifications:

Experience working on large scale projects, including experience in project tracking and issue management

Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of leadership and functional areas

Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills with attention to detail

Self-motivated and prepared to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously

Strong team player with ability to collaborate with diverse teams comprised of many backgrounds, perspectives and skill-sets

Ability to manage and influence cross-business and global teams

Ability to understand issues at both strategic and operational levels

Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
