Clear Employer Services has an exciting opportunity for an Internship within our Human Resources Department. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and workdays (approximately 20-30 hours per week). The role will provide HR assistance to employees across the country with new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and general HR support. The HR Assistant will also assist with HRIS technology configuration, providing employees with automated enrollment and onboarding tools, assisting with job board postings, reviewing applicants, and supporting the VP of HR and the team of HR Specialists at Clear Employer Services with special projects.
As an intern at Clear, you will work within a team of HR professionals, who will work with you & mentor you to provide you with the hands-on HR experience needed to launch your HR career.
Successful candidates should have excellent communication and customer service skills, foundational education or experience in Human Resources, a strong sense of urgency, and solid technology skills; Microsoft Office products, videoconferencing technology, etc.
Employee HR Support – Assist employees with new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and fielding questions regarding PTO, leave of absence & disability requestions, company policies, etc. Assist the HR team with creating new-hire onboarding programs for new clients and utilizing the HRIS to automate and enhance the employee experience.
HR Assistance – Provide assistance to the VP of HR and the internal HR team on special projects as requested.
Minimum of 15 university credit hours in HR
Customer Service Experience
Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
