Reporting to the Director – HR Sales Center of Excellence, this role will be responsible for providing human resource service delivery, guidance and consultation to leaders of an employee population of approximately 400 call center employees. Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Coordinates recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Guides and coordinates daily HR operations for a Sales center.
Provides leaders guidance on policies and programs.
Provides consultative services to the assigned Senior Director of Sales COE and his/her leadership team on business strategy, organizational performance, and people impacting activities.
Presents key HR data to leaders that impacts the business and assists them in making critical decisions.
Leads and supports organizational change by seeking and developing ways for the organization to be more effective.
Responsible for ensuring staffing targets and employee engagement initiatives are met.
Responsible for ensuring compensation programs are administered effectively.

Counsels, orientates and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to provide counsel on employee relations issues, including coaching leaders on employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
Consults with Labor and Employee Relations to ensures compliance with state, local and federal guidelines and policies to protect the business and its employees.
Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
Assists in job analysis, job evaluation and performance management to ensure compliance with division guidelines.

Relevant Work Experience
Pay Range: $95,616.96 – $143,425.44
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
