Partnering with global business, marketing and talent acquisition leaders, this team works to showcase our talent brand through dynamic campaigns and emerging recruitment technologies aimed at attracting the best and the brightest while exceeding business expectations. The Employer Brand Design Intern will develop a strong design portfolio and practical knowledge in a highly-competitive area of talent attraction marketing.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications with an interest in Human Resources.

  • A creative eye, attention to detail and willingness to work within established brand standards

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to proofread for spelling and grammar errors

  • Enthusiasm to contribute ideas, be an active participant and thought leader

  • Ability to research industry-related intelligence and trends using online research tools

Experience:

  • A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience using social media platforms as tools to attract, engage and convert a targeted audience (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with current digital marketing trends

  • A belief that work should be fun

  • Co-manage our social media quality review and scheduling processes

  • Act as a quality check resource for all recruitment marketing materials
