Role Overview
The CEO Administrative Intern will provide part-time administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer while gaining hands-on experience in executive operations and Microsoft 365 management within a small, innovation-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and internal records.
- Assist with day-to-day operational and coordination activities.
- Support basic Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Help maintain organized digital files and collaboration workflows.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Management, or related field.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (or willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
