Business Intelligence Analyst – Full Time Role

We make use of leading-edge software and tools to collect, mine and interpret data and the statistical analyses and reports we produce inform decisions with a global impact.
Analyzes business data, providing assessments of trends, identifying and explaining variances from goals
Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance
Designs, develops and implements business intelligence dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis
Proactively analyzes trends, causes and variances
Champion process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics and data integration capabilities
Maintains databases, cleansing and validating data as needed
Develops database logic to extract required information for reporting Creates and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports
Produces standard daily/weekly/monthly reports with minimal variance
Provides reports to leadership
Troubleshoots issues with standard reports and works with customers on reporting difficulties
Develops lower complexity analysis and publishes through well developed interfaces (Excel, Access, BI standard interface)
Ensures timely and accurate delivery of reports
Completes tasks and assignments with direction and close management
Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or other related discipline
Prior internship or co-op experience recommended, but not required
Graduation Date: Must graduate by the start date July 2021
