Overview
The Sales Communication Coordinator is responsible for responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) from potential and current clients, writing and maintaining company and industry information for the Sales Team by editing information from other sources to create a clear and concise message. This role has a strong project management focus, responsible for working with several points of contact and leveraging various resources to manage multiple projects that may take anywhere from one to four weeks to complete. This role also requires understanding variances when responding to RFPs or RFIs of varying scopes.
This is a work from home opportunity. The schedule for this position is 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday working hours between 7AM and 6PM CST.
Must live in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Responsibilities

Perform as project manager for responding to RFPs, coordinating between Sales Team and other internal teams as necessary

Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Manage project per requirements and needs of respective business line
-
Liaise with appropriate contacts in Sales Team, whether domestic or international, and manage expectations of these team members relating to the RFP

Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities

Create and manage expectations
-
Manage day-to-day project tasks and scope
-
Keep all team members and management apprised of project status
-
Review or submit for review deliverables prepared by team, including peer-to-peer proofing

Ensure deadlines are met, expectations exceeded

Archive project documents appropriately

Create sales collateral as assigned

Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting

Maintain a working knowledge of various Enterprise Holdings and Enterprise Fleet Management business lines to respond to varying proposals, including monitoring industry updates

Create Executive Summary packets for Sales Team

Other job duties as assigned, which may include various forms of sales collateral creation and support, or other ad hoc research or related projects.

Qualifications
-
Must be a current resident of Las Vegas, Nevada
-
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field required
-
One year of administrative experience required
-
Project management experience preferred
-
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred

Must be able to work Monday-Friday 40 hours per week, working hours between 7AM and 6PM CST.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Must be able to meet all current GP76 work from home technical requirements
Technical Qualifications:

Must have a stand-alone router with gigabit speed connection via Ethernet cable and separate modem

Must have reliable and consistent, high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider (No DSL, satellite or wireless broadband)

Minimum upload speed of 2 mbps and minimum download speed of 5 mbps

Use of wireless, hotspot or WiFi "air cards" is prohibited
